I was in Scotland October 2019 & fell in love with the country, people & food. I can’t eat gluten, do to an auto immune disease. So, next year, when I return, I will make sure to ask for gf. Just one more thing to love about Scotland! . Gosh what I’d give for a wee fish supper right now. But hard to come by in Brooklyn!. I have lived in England and now Canada. But there is NOTHING like a Scottish fish supper.. What I wouldn’t give for access to a true gluten-free fish and chippy!. Was brought up in Bridge of Allan,best fish and chip shop for miles.. I always used to go in there when my Aunt lived near there, the Haggis Supper was the best.. When I lived in both Dunblane and Stirling this was my favourite . Charming accent but very difficult to understand
